Luis joined More in Common to support its efforts towards the European elections of 2024 after more than a decade working on campaigning, advocacy and strategic communications. He was part of the team that launched Change.org in Spain, where he ended up managing its operations in both Spain and Europe. In the last years, he has advised several social change organisations and initiatives from all over Europe and was also a Senior Advisor at the office of the High Commissioner for Spain Entrepreneurial Nation, inside the office of the Spanish Prime Minister. He holds a degree in Journalism and Film Studies from Universidad Carlos III in Madrid.
Chris joined More in Common from strategic communications consultancy FGS Global where he advised FTSE100 and high-profile private companies on their corporate reputation and positioning. Chris specialised in Government Affairs and the leveraging of research and insights to inform the development of communications strategies.
Before FGS, Chris worked for the Liberal Democrats in the London Assembly and on their 2021 London Mayoral Election. As part of the party’s campaign for race equality, Chris helped to lead efforts to diversify the party’s representation. Chris is a graduate in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Oxford and recently represented Ghana in the African Rugby Sevens 2024 Olympic Qualifiers.
Mia joined More in Common in 2026 as Executive Assistant to the UK Director. She has experience across local government, media, and parliamentary settings, including at ITV, Global’s newsroom, an MP’s constituency office, and as a PA at the City of London Corporation. Mia studied History at the University of Warwick before completing an MPhil in American History at the University of Cambridge, focusing on public history, race, memory, and social justice. She has published in the Journal of American Studies and in Traces, a publication of UCL’s Centre for the Study of the Legacies of British Slavery.
Agnieszka joined More in Common after several years of building her expertise in qualitative research at Ipsos, followed by a role in brand strategy consultancy. She has worked on a diverse range of topics, from consumer research to social and political issues, both in Poland and across the CEEMEA region.
Her skills include conducting qualitative research and facilitating workshops to transform insights into strategic, actionable steps. Agnieszka holds a master’s degree in sociology from Warsaw University and has completed bootcamps in design thinking and behavioral science.
Prior to joining More in Common, Charlie worked at the polling and market research company Survation, where he conducted research on behalf of clients in journalism, the third sector, and academia, including during the 2024 General Election. He is passionate about using data visualisation to make political research more accessible, and he has experience moderating focus groups and workshops with both professionals and the public. Before working in polling, Charlie earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of York and an MSc in International Politics from Trinity College Dublin. His dissertation explored how US-led sanctions regimes have contributed to central banks moving away from the dollar in favour of holding rival currencies in their reserves.
Conleth Burns is Associate Director at More in Common, where he leads the organisation's work across Ireland and Northern Ireland. Since joining More in Common in 2021, he has helped build the organisation's consultancy and thought leadership work, first in Britain and now in Ireland and Northern Ireland. Conleth supports partners across politics, business and civil society to better understand the public's values and starting points on issues ranging from identity and immigration to climate and social cohesion. Originally from County Antrim, Conleth has a background in community development work and holds a Law degree from the University of Oxford.
Kate Carney brings with her over a decade of multisector experience that includes policy advising on Capitol Hill, founding a nonprofit in Haiti, and leading corporate social responsibility programs at a Fortune 100 company. She also is a proud Gold Looper, having circumnavigated 8,000 miles of U.S. eastern waterways on a 31-foot trawler around the Great Loop. She has a MPP from University of Maryland and a BA from Ohio Wesleyan University, where she also serves on the Board of Trustees. Kate lives in Washington, DC.
Dr. Tara Chandra received her PhD in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley. Her areas of expertise include democracy and authoritarianism, gender, political violence, foreign policy, and tech policy. She completed her Master’s degree in Global Affairs at Yale University’s Jackson School, and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago. Prior to her graduate studies, Tara worked in Washington, DC for several years in foreign policy and national security.
Beata is a social researcher with over 10 years of experience in the non-profit sector. She led the Klon/Jawor Research team, conducting the country’s largest independent studies on the state of the NGO sector in Poland. She has designed and carried out research on civic engagement, volunteering, philanthropy and public perceptions of NGOs in the society.
She specialises in quantitative and qualitative research methods, data visualisation and data storytelling. Her work focuses on translating research findings into practical tools and strategies for organisations and institutions. She co-managed the largest food cooperative in Poland (Dobrze Co-op). Beata holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies in Service Design at SWPS University.
Stewart is a graduate of the École des hautes études en sciences sociales (EHESS) and is widely recognised as an expert in public opinion, citizen behaviour, and the strategic analysis of social and political attitudes.He began his career at Viavoice, where he spent five years advising public and private sector organisations on public opinion and societal issues. Rising from Consultant to Director of Political and Public Opinion Research, he developed extensive expertise in electoral dynamics, citizen expectations, and public policy evaluation.He later joined the office of the French Government Spokesperson as an Opinion Advisor, providing strategic insight into shifts in public opinion and helping to shape communication strategies around key government priorities.Stewart subsequently joined Verian Group as a Client Director, where he led major research programmes and advised public and private organisations on how to use data and insights to inform decision-making, maximise the impact of their work, and better understand the needs and expectations of their audiences.In June 2026, he joined Destin Commun as Deputy Director for Strategy and Development, where he is responsible for supporting the organisation’s growth and strengthening its role in public debate.
Prior to joining More in Common in 2025, Vatsala worked as a government relations consultant at SME4Labour, an organisation dedicated to strengthening ties between SMEs and the Labour Party. Before that, she served as a researcher for a Member of the UK Parliament, playing a key role in shaping policy initiatives and contributing to the MP’s 2024 re-election campaign.
Vatsala has also worked at a strategic communications consultancy, where she supported multiple election campaigns and advised private sector clients on political engagement and public affairs.
Nadia Chung is a Research Associate at More in Common with a background in the study of democratic governance, political communication, and public opinion. Her experiences researching democratic deliberation at Stanford, public attitudes toward governance in Europe, and labor and representation in the performing arts have shaped her interest in how people navigate disagreement, forge connections, and build lasting trust across difference. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and an M.A. in Communication from Stanford University.
Julia joins More in Common with over half a decade experience advancing programs and policies to protect and assist migrants and refugees in the United States and internationally. Selected as a Rotary Peace Fellow, she completed an MA in Peace, Conflict and Development at the University of Bradford and has a BA in Sociology, Anthropology and Religion from St. Olaf College. Previously, Julia led peace and leadership development programming for youth in Nepal as a Fulbright Scholar. Julia currently lives in Baltimore, Maryland.
Griffin is a doctoral researcher out of North-eastern University, specializing in collective action. His research focuses on identifying how psychological factors—such as empathy and moral obligations to future others—can drive sustainable and prosocial behaviours. Griffin has extensive experience conducting behavioural research, utilizing diverse experimental and analytical approaches to explore effective strategies for promoting sustainability and collective action. Griffin earned his B.A. at Williams College and his M.S. at North-eastern University where he is a PhD candidate.
Bruno Henrique Ferreira Correia is an undergraduate student in Information Systems at the University of São Paulo (EACH-USP). His work lies at the intersection of technological infrastructure and political sociology, with a focus on using digital data to understand political behavior and public discourse. Prior to joining More in Common Brazil, Bruno conducted research at CEBRAP on the dynamics of the Brazilian far right on social media, drawing on the concept of counterpublics. He was also a member of the Digital Political Debate Monitor, where he contributed to the measurement and analysis of participation in political demonstrations.
Marion graduated in history and political sciences from Sorbonne University in Paris. She holds a Master's in International cooperation and humanitarian action. Before joining More in Common, Marion worked at Oxfam France, a global NGO specialized in fighting poverty and inequality, as the communication and digital manager. She lives in Paris.
Naureen began her career at Google in business development and strategic partnerships before joining the New Cities Foundation as its Director of Research. At More in Common, Naureen is driving the organization's efforts to become a world-class learning organization. She is also in charge of More in Common's team development and culture.
Vincent graduated from EM Lyon and began his career in development aid before joining a consulting firm dedicated to rethinking business models through the lens of ecological transition. There, he helped popularize the concept of “post-growth.”
Driven by a passion for learning and sharing knowledge, he went on to teach mathematics — in both high schools and prisons — before joining Destin Commun, convinced that social change begins with mutual understanding and collective intelligence.
Beyond work, Vincent is actively involved in community life. He lives in a solidarity-based shared house supporting people in reintegration, loves heading to the mountains for a bivouac, and occasionally steps on stage to laugh — mostly at himself — through stand-up comedy.
Tim Dixon is a social entrepreneur who has started businesses and nonprofits in the US, the UK and Australia, where he was born. He trained as an economist, worked as a tech sector lawyer for law firm Baker & McKenzie from 1999 to 2004 and built a leading educational publishing business that was acquired by Pearson Australia in 2004. From 2004 to 2010 he worked in senior political roles, including as economic adviser and chief speechwriter for two Prime Ministers. He has lived and worked between New York, London and West Yorkshire since 2010, co-founding social change agency Purpose Europe in 2013 and helping to start social movement organizations around the issue of modern day slavery, the Syrian crisis, the Colombian peace process, economic inequality, gun control and civic participation. Tim serves on the boards of organizations in the US, UK and Australia.
Fred is a postdoctoral researcher at University of Toronto, specializing in emotions and social behavior. Fred holds a masters degree in psychology from New York University and a PhD in social psychology from Northeastern University. His research centers on how people think about empathy and the antecedents, correlates, and consequences of political conversations.
Wiebke joined the team in October 2025 to help translate research into stories that build understanding and connection across divides. Before that, she led communications at the German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP), where she shaped how foreign and security policy is discussed in Germany and Europe. Earlier roles took her to the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR), the Dahrendorf Forum, and the Franco-German Youth Office. Wiebke studied Political Science and European Studies in Berlin, Paris, Osnabrück, and Montréal.
Ashley Fabrizio is a political scientist and quantitative researcher with experience answering descriptive and inferential questions in technology, academic, and government sectors using observational, survey, and data science methods. She is an expert in global issues of political mobilization, coercive governance, nationalism, human rights, and radicalization. Before joining More in Common, Ashley was a senior quantitative researcher at Meta. She received her M.A. and Ph.D. from Stanford University and B.A. from Harvard College.
Gabriela is an Afro-Brazilian architect and urbanist based in São Paulo, with expertise in socio-environmental and climate justice, as well as just energy transition. She has led initiatives within multidisciplinary teams to address racial, gender, and socio-territorial inequalities, influencing public policies through evidence-based territorial data analysis. Gabriela has also strengthened networks and coalitions within civil society across the socio-environmental, climate, and energy sectors, advocating for impactful policy decisions by government and public agencies. Previously, she worked as a Project Advisor at Pólis Institute.
Andrew is a social scientist with specialisation in climate governance and food politics. Having worked for food charities and thinktanks in the UK, Andrew has led research projects into the environmental transition in the UK food system. While working with agroecological farmers in Colombia, Andrew's commitment to tackling climate change while ensuring that public interests are represented through democratic principles strengthened further. During his time in Colombia, Andrew also found a passion for apiculture, which you will find him doing on summer weekends alongside reading 20th century poetry or going for a long cycle ride
Jérémie is a political researcher with expertise in conducting quantitative and qualitative surveys for political parties, foundations, and trade unions in Germany. Having worked for the Bertelsmann Foundation, he most recently was head of political analysis at Policy Matters, a polling firm based in Berlin. Jérémie has specialized in issues of political participation, voter disaffection and right-wing populism. He studied political science at the Free University of Berlin and European Affairs at Sciences Po Paris.
Inga joined More In Common after working as a consultant for the public sector as well as a teaching fellow and project manager in the Teach First Leadership Programme. She brings experience in consulting, teaching, conceptualization and project steering and is passionate about accompanying individual and organizational development processes. Inga holds a Master’s degree in International Political Economy from King’s College in London and a Bachelor’s in Public Policy from the University of Erfurt. She has studied in Spain and Canada.
Emily Gerdin is a PhD candidate in Developmental Psychology at Yale University. She studies how children and adults think and learn about the groups in their social environments, focusing particularly on belief-based groups such as religions and political groups.
Tristan is a PhD research doctoral researcher at Sciences Po Grenoble, specializing in public opinion, political behaviour and survey research. Tristan holds a master’s degree in political science from Sciences Po. Grenoble and was a visiting student and research collaborator at Princeton University. In his dissertation, he studies the dynamics of political polarization in Western Europe. Beyond academia, he is a compulsive #rstats programmer.
Clémentine Guilbaud Demaison graduated from Sciences Po Paris and Sorbonne University, with a double specialization in International Energy Affairs and Physics Applied to the Environment.
She has several years of experience in the public sector, where she specialized in citizen participation in support of the ecological transition. At the Paris Region administration, she led the citizen consultation for the revision of the regional masterplan and oversaw the development of digital services aimed at raising awareness among residents about environmental issues.
Previously, Clémentine developed strong expertise in renewable energy and decarbonization by supporting the implementation of strategies and innovative projects for major energy companies.
Passionate about public engagement, she is also the creator and host of the Vie de Maire podcast, where she gives French local elected officials a platform to share their challenges and motivations.
Samantha joined More in Common having recently completed her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Stanford University. She is a mixed methods researcher with experience with data science methods. She specializes in political ideology formation and mass mobilization studies, with her research focusing on sentiment analysis techniques as a window into political agent decision-making.
Rubeena is a Senior Global Operations Associate at More in Common, where she supports the organisation’s global operations across HR, recruitment, payroll, compliance, safeguarding, and team culture. Since joining in 2019, she has helped build and maintain the systems, processes, and support structures that enable colleagues across More in Common’s international network to do their best work. She previously worked in operations in a start-up environment and is passionate about creating inclusive, supportive workplaces where people can thrive.
Stephen has served as the Director of Research for More in Common since the organization’s founding in 2016, overseeing studies on the psychology of political division in nine countries. Prior to joining More in Common, Stephen conducted public opinion research for Fortune 100 companies, United Nations agencies, electoral campaigns and political movements. Stephen speaks frequently at national and international conferences, has taken caller questions on C-SPAN’s Washington Journal and appears regularly on CPR’s Colorado Matters to discuss politics and polarization. He holds a master’s degree in public policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
Prior to joining More in Common in April 2023, Lisa worked for the international peacebuilding organisation Conciliation Resources, where she led a portfolio of peacebuilding projects in the Central African Republic. She started her career at the International Crisis Group and the West Africa Peacebuilding Network in Senegal. Lisa holds a French-German Master’s degree in conflict and development studies from the University of Münster and Sciences Po Lille.

She has worked for over 20 years in the financial, administrative, and human resources areas of advertising agencies and digital content producers, providing executive support to employees, directors, and company presidents.
She is from São Paulo, Brazil, and works as a tourist guide in Vila Madalena, one of the most famous spots in SP for bohemian and street art.
Archie joins More in Common with a background in public health and science policy. His experience in the health policy sector includes working as an epidemiologist during the pandemic, on regulatory policy within an NHS body, and leading pandemic preparedness efforts within The Royal Society. Archie holds a degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge and a Master’s in Public Health from Lund University, where he worked alongside ReAct Europe to explore how parliamentarians engage with the issue of antimicrobial resistance.
Lisa is a social and cultural anthropologist who worked on the future of development cooperation with Asia at GIZ, the German Agency for International Cooperation, before joining More in Common. She has gained diverse experience in policy advice and international cooperation, such as working for the German Federal Foreign Office, the German Institute for International and Security Affairs, and the University of Freiburg.
Lisa studied Social and Cultural Anthropology and Sociology in Munich and Freiburg. She completed portions of her education, work and research in Uzbekistan and Italy.
Falco studied political science and economics in Heidelberg, Istanbul and Darmstadt. He gained practical experience in political foundations, a strategy consultancy and in the German Bundestag. At the German federal election campaign 2017 he was employed as an event manager at the social democrats. Prior to his studies, he completed an apprenticeship as a Computer Science Expert.
Tarek is a PhD candidate in Social Sciences at the European University Institute, where he studies the rise and normalization of the far right in Europe and how personal contacts influence political attitudes and behaviors. His research interests also extend to immigration, climate change, and ideological polarization. He has also been a visiting researcher at the London School of Economics and New York University. Passionate about data analysis, he enjoys transforming data into clear narratives that bring academic research closer to society. Outside of academia, he is passionate about soccer.
Prior to joining More In Common in 2026, Miles worked as a staffer for Reform UK, taking on many roles, especially during the 2025 local election campaign, including research, candidate selection and membership administration. Before working for Reform UK, he worked for Wolffkran Ltd as the sales executive responsible for London and the south of England. Miles holds a master's degree in history from Lancaster University.
Ula joined the More in Common in November 2023 as an intern, and has continued her work as a research associate since July 2024. She holds a degree in psychology from the University of Warsaw, with a specialization in social psychology. Her research interests include attitudes toward migrants from different cultural backgrounds, the impact of empathy and moral foundations on attitudes toward minorities and issue of gender equality.
Julie is a Senior Advisor at More in Common and works with our partners and clients to help them design better strategies and communications to resonate with the public and navigate British politics at a national and local level. Julie served as MP from Bromsgrove between 1997 and 2010, before that she was a journalist for the Daily Telegraph, BBC and ITN. Julie is a Board Member of Volunteering Matters and the New Schools Network, and previously served on the board of Ofsted.
Julia joined the More in Common team in February 2025. In addition to her work at More in Common, she is a PhD student at the Faculty of Sociology at the University of Warsaw, where she researches the intersection of reproductive rights and religion. She graduated from the College of Interdisciplinary Individual Studies in Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Warsaw with degrees in sociology and cognitive science. She has previously gained experience in academic research projects on economic inequality, intergenerational mobility, and social movements, as well as in marketing research at Ipsos.
Jazmin is an attorney with experience working with private, nonprofit, government, and multilateral organizations on humanitarian, civil rights, and human rights issues. She began her career with the U.S. Department of State managing grant programs and advancing policy to protect and assist refugees in countries across Africa. Most recently, Jazmin worked for International Justice Mission, where she led the development of grant proposals for criminal justice reform projects combating human rights abuses around the world.
Raphaël Llorca is a communications specialist. A graduate of ESCP Europe and the Sorbonne in Contemporary History, he spent four years undertaking his PhD in Argumentative Linguistics at EHESS, while working as a strategic planner for Havas, a communications agency. An Associate Expert at the Fondation Jean-Jaurès, he has published several papers and studies on both business and politics. He recently co-edited the report La société de supermarché (Fondation Jean-Jaurès Éditions) with Jérôme Fourquet. An essayist, he is the author of La marque Macron (L'Aube, 2021), which was a finalist for the 2021 Prix du Livre politique, and Les Nouveaux masques de l'extrême droite (L'Aube, Fondation Jean-Jaurès, 2022). In 2023, he published an essay entitled, Le roman national des marques (L'Aube, Fondation Jean-Jaurès). He is also a bi-monthly columnist for the French daily newspaper, L'Opinion, and occasionally teaches at several higher education establishments, including Sciences Po Executive Education.
Anna joined More in Common after working for the digital policy think tank D64. She studied Psychology, Communications and Political Sciences in Freiburg and Berlin and has gained a diverse range of work experience in journalism and public relations, including working for the German Public Broadcaster ARD. She is passionate about all subjects regarding social equality and political participation.
Jason Mangone is the Director of More in Common US. He began his career as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps, and following his military service was a Research Associate at the Council on Foreign Relations.
After graduate school Jason was Director of the Aspen Institute’s Franklin Project, an initiative to make a year of national service a common expectation for every young American. He led the Franklin Project’s merger with two other non-profit's, resulting in the creation of the Service Year Alliance, where Jason was Chief Operating Officer.
He then spent a year helping to build New York City’s Department of Veterans’ Services as a Senior Advisor to the agency’s Commissioner. He co-authored the national best-selling book Leaders: Myth and Reality, which the Financial Times named a “Best Business Book of 2018.” His writing has also been published, among other outlets, in the Wall Street Journal, Huffington Post, Task & Purpose, and Philadelphia Inquirer. Most recently, Jason was CEO of Newbury Franklin Home Services, a niche home maintenance business.
He lives in Princeton, New Jersey with his wife Kara and their three kids, where he serves on the board of the Princeton Little League and is a volunteer firefighter, a pursuit meant to trick his children into thinking he's still cool. He’s also on the board of New Politics, which recruits and trains military veterans and alumni of national service programs to run for elected office. He has a B.A. from Boston College and an M.A. in Global Affairs from Yale University.
Ben works on topics around migration and refugees, with a primary focus on Germany but also working closely with More In Common teams in UK, France and Poland. He is a British immigrant living in Berlin, and previously worked at the think-tank better place lab and for the Canadian government. He has a degree in Philosophy and German from Oxford University.
Andreas joins More in Common with over seven years of experience in civic
participation and organisational development. At Initiative Offene Gesellschaft, he helped grow the organisation from a team of four to twenty, holding roles from Head of Communications & Design to Programme Lead for Participation – where he led a five-person team running citizens’ assemblies and nationwide training programmes for participation officers. Most recently, he coordinated the EU Citizens’ Panel on Preparedness in Brussels at nexus Institute. A published author and sought-after speaker on democratic participation, he has presented at re:publica and the Robert Bosch Foundation, among others. He holds a Master’s in Media Studies from Humboldt-Universität Berlin.
Andreas believes that a better society is built through strong partnerships, alliances, and clear communication – and that a shared will to shape things together can bridge divides and reduce social tensions.
Rabhya comes to More in Common with a background in political theory and computer science. She has used both coding and qualitative methods to research democratic institutions. As a Mitchell Scholar in Ireland, she worked with computer scientists and political scientists to study citizens assemblies’ potential to accelerate climate mitigation. During her undergraduate studies, she spent a summer in Reykjavik through the Brady Johnson Program in Grand Strategy, researching Iceland’s 2010 constitutional reform process. She holds a BA in Computer Science and Political Science from Yale University and an MA in Political Communication from Dublin City University. After backpacking and living abroad, Rabhya is excited to return back to the East Coast and focus on American democracy.
David is a political researcher with expertise in social cohesion, illiberalism and the rule of law and has been part of the More in Common research team since 2024. Previously, he worked for the Institut für Europäische Politik (IEP) and the Global Public Policy Institute (GPPi) and was a research advisor to various Members of the German Bundestag. He has also held teaching positions at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, the Europa-Universität Viadrina and the Council on International Educational Exchange. David studied European Studies and Philosophy at Maastricht University, SciencesPo Paris and the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE)
Diana brings over a decade of experience in empirical research and project management. Previously, she led complex research and evaluation projects for public-sector clients and third-sector organisations. Her work spanned media, governance, education, participation, prevention and health communication. Diana works across quantitative and qualitative methods, with a particular focus on mixed-methods designs. She studied Communication in Social and Economic Contexts, with minors in Political Science and Sociology, at Berlin University of the Arts, where she subsequently worked as a research and teaching associate at the Institute for Theory and Practice of Communication.
Gemma is an award-winning social entrepreneur and thinker and practitioner in transformative, systemic change. She is founder and co-creator of New Constellations, which exists to help individuals and communities imagine and begin to create futures of human and planetary flourishing. She sits on the advisory council of Yale University’s International Leadership Centre. She was previously Chief Global Officer at Change.org, the world’s largest platform for social change, and CEO of Crisis Action - an organisation that won the MacArthur and Skoll Awards for its innovative model of collective action. She co-chaired the World Economic Forum’s Global Council on systems leadership.

She holds CAT and ACCA qualifications and brings over 20 years of finance experience across a range of sectors, including more than 10 years within the not-for-profit and NGO space.
Naz has held senior finance leadership roles including Finance Director at Girl Effect, Head of Financial Planning and Capital within a London G15 housing association, and various finance positions across local government. She has extensive experience in financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, and supporting organisations through growth and change.
She is passionate about a human-centred approach to finance, breaking down barriers and helping organisations use finance as an enabling function to achieve their goals and maximise impact.
Laurence previously worked at the Fondation de France, France’s largest philanthropic foundation, leading their work in research and international cooperation. Louis joined More in Common as a research assistant in 2024, having previously worked in market research. While studying Social Policy and Politics at the University of Bristol, he volunteered with several non-profit organisations. His dissertation explored how government health campaigns can shape public opinion
Pablo Ortellado joined More in Common as Executive Director of More in Common Brazil from the University of São Paulo, where he was a professor in Public Policy and Management. He has spent the last decade carrying out research into political polarization and, in recent years, how its effects are seen on social media. His research has been published widely in academic spheres and in national and international media, and he is also a columnist for Brazilian daily newspaper O Globo. Pablo earned his Ph.D. in Philosophy from the University of São Paulo and lives in the city.
Paul holds a masters in government from the University of Texas at Austin. He has previously worked in political polling on local, statewide and presidential campaigns, focusing primarily on the Southern United States. Paul lives in Austin, Texas.
Katarina Peranić joined More in Common in February 2026. She is a political scientist and expert in civic engagement, social cohesion, volunteering, and democratic resilience, with many years of experience at the intersection of civil society, politics, business, and innovation.
From 2020 to 2026, she was founding board member and led the Deutsche Stiftung für Engagement und Ehrenamt (DSEE) on behalf of the German federal government, overseeing its strategic development. Her work focused on advisory and educational programs, knowledge transfer, digitalization, innovation, and communication for civil society. She previously served for eight years as Managing Board Member of Stiftung Bürgermut, where she developed knowledge-sharing and scaling programs.
Her work centers on strengthening belonging, trust, future readiness, and constructive participation in society.
Anouschka manages More in Common UK’s analysis function, including the British Seven segmentation and voting intention modelling. Alongside this she leads mixed-methods public opinion research projects spanning topics from international aid to criminal justice, climate change to EDI. Anouschka joined More in Common in 2023, prior to which she worked in Risk and Quantitative Analysis at global asset manager BlackRock.
Mutaf leads Future CFO, a London based finance company which specializes in supporting INGO’s & start-ups. Mutaf holds qualifications from Association of certified chartered accountants (ACCA) and Institutes of Chartered Accountant in England and Wales (ICAEW) and has over 9 years senior level finance experience in the not-for-profit sector. Previously he was Head of Finance at Girl Effect, an initiative set up by the Nike Foundation to support programs in over 60 countries. Prior to that he was at Restless Development, a youth-led development agency focusing on social change. Mutaf also holds an MBA degree from Cardiff Metropolitan University.
Before joining the More in Common team, Cath spent several years coordinating data science and supercomputing programmes funded with EU Structural & Investment Funds at Cardiff University, UK. Prior to that, she worked in administration and communications in the UK and Spain within collaborative research teams working on offshore wind and computing systems, and in administration of English language programmes for international students. She holds a Masters in literature in European cultures.
Before joining More In Common, Calista worked as a social psychology research assistant at Columbia University, helping to develop and implement studies on emotion and stress. She holds a B.A. in Humanities from Yale University and a post-baccalaureate degree in Psychology from Columbia University. She lives in Brooklyn, NY.
Letícia comes to More in Common Brazil as a journalist with a degree from USP (University of São Paulo), was a Reuters fellow at Oxford University and has held leadership positions in some of the largest newsrooms in the country, such as O Globo, Estadão and SBT"
Helen comes to More in Common with over 15 years of administrative, events and project management experience. She has provided executive support to leadership at Moonshot, More in Common, Crisis Action, Save the Children UK and CEOP, a Home Office/Law Enforcement agency dedicated to eradicating the sexual abuse of children in the UK. Helen is an organizer and is passionate about good process that enables efficiency and effectiveness in the workplace.
Sophie joined More in Common in 2025 as a Research Manager. Before joining More in Common Sophie worked as a Research Associate at UK in a Changing Europe, specialising in British politics, public opinion and voting behaviour, and lead the organisation’s work around the 2024 General Election. She has also previously worked in Parliament.
Sophie holds a Government degree from the London School of Economics and a Masters in European Politics from UCL.
Anna brings many years of social business and crowdfunding experience to More in Common. As Head of Communications and COO, she has helped build the crowdfunding platform Startnext since 2010 and advised hundreds of founders, projects and campaigns. She is co-founder of Studio Für Morgen and has a background in communication and media studies as well as journalism.
Adam joined More in Common from the Berlin-based German Council on Foreign Relation where he remains an Associate Fellow. In 2015, he co-founded an independent foreign policy think tank Global.Lab in his hometown Warsaw, Poland and served as its chairman for five years. Adam studied international relations and political science in Warsaw, Bonn, and Berlin. Currently, he is working on a PhD thesis at the Technical University of Chemnitz where he studies links between democracy and transitional justice. His commentary has appeared in Polityka, Gazeta Wyborcza, Rzeczpospolita, Le Monde, Die Welt, Süddeutsche Zeitung, Wall Street Journal, among others.
Tessa is an adaptable development and peacebuilding professional with a versatile background in research, fundraising and project management. Her academic background is in conflict and memory studies and its intersection with music subculture. This sits alongside hands-on experience in university education, grants management, and support for marginalised and violent conflict affected communities in Australia, Melanesia, Philippines and the South Caucasus. Originally from Australia now based in Catalonia, Tessa speaks English and Spanish.
Luke leads the organisation’s ground-breaking UK public opinion and thought leadership work. Luke has worked to shine a light on what the public thinks about topics as diverse as immigration, climate change, gender identity and mental health. With a focus on the nuances and complexity of public opinion, he has helped policymakers, business and civil society navigate issues often regarded as tricky and divisive.
Since starting work at More in Common Luke has overseen the development of More in Common’s in-house UK research agency and directs their regular programme of polling and focus groups. He is a regular commentator on UK public opinion across both print and broadcast media and has appeared on Radio 4’s Today Programme, Sunday with Laura Kuenssberg, Times Radio and Politics Hub with Sophy Ridge. He has also written for various publications including the Times, Telegraph, Guardian, New Statesman and the Spectator. Before joining More in Common, Luke's career spanned politics, public opinion, and government. He served as a Special Advisor to Nicky Morgan during the Cameron administration and as Director of Strategy at the education inspectorate Ofsted.
Britta has many years of varied experience in the fields of communications consultancy, brand development, publishing, and management. Before joining More in Common, she was managing director of an agency for urban development and worked as a creative strategist for the Ministry of Education and Family Affairs as well as for various associations. She is a certified Design Thinking Coach. Britta studied communication and design in Mainz, Sydney and London.
Helena Vieira is a transfeminist, writer, playwright, and cultural management expert based in São Paulo. She has co-authored significant works such as Explosão Feminista and História do Movimento LGBT no Brasil. Helena has taught in graduate programs, including at Itaú Cultural, and at the School of Magistrates of Ceará (ESMEC), where she taught the course “LGBT Rights” to new judges. She has also served as a parliamentary advisor in the Legislative Assembly of Ceará, focusing on human rights, mental health, and LGBTQ+ rights. Helena was a candidate for Federal Deputy in 2018 and a pre-candidate for Mayor of Fortaleza in 2020. Before joining More in Common, she was a columnist for Revista Cult.
I am a Sociologist with experience in research, marketing, PR, and communications. I have experience in both NGOs and business. Last year, I worked for environmental protection and climate concern NGOs such as WWF. I was responsible for creating the strategy, coordination, and planning of the communication of the climate department, creation of content for internal and external communication channels, and cooperation with other organizations.
Zofia is a social researcher with expertise in conducting qualitative studies for political institutions, grassroots movements, and international organizations. Zofia holds a Master’s degree in sociology from the University of Warsaw and a Ph.D. from the University of California, Davis. Her dissertation research explored the experiences of female refugees fleeing domestic violence and political persecution. Her work also focused on the agency of Polish rural women and Polish feminist movements.
Sarah joined More in Common after working with the German Council on Foreign Relations’ Center for European Policy Studies on a civil society capacity-building project in the Western Balkans. Previously, Sarah worked as Project Coordinator at the Political Platform of the Humboldt-Viadrina School of Governance and at the German Federal Foreign Office. There she was as Program Officer responsible for the Diplomatenkolleg, a private-public partnership project aiming to provide foreign diplomats with insights into German culture, history and society. Sarah holds an MA in sociology, political science, and media sciences from the University of Trier and studied in Prague.
Jordan is a PhD candidate at the CUNY Graduate Center in New York City. Her research examines how morality and emotions affect what we see, how we think, and what we do. She is also currently a student affiliate at the Center for the Science of Moral Understanding and junior scholar at the Stone Center for Inequality.
Daniel Yudkin is a Senior Advisor at More in Common and a postdoctoral researcher at the Wharton School. He received his PhD in social psychology from New York University and has held research positions at Harvard University and Yale University. His award-winning research seeks to understand how people decide between right and wrong and how these decisions impact people, organizations, and society. His work has been featured in over 1,000 news articles, including on the front page of the New York Times, the BBC, the Atlantic, Washington Post, Financial Times, NPR, and CNN. He lives in New Orleans.
Cassandra Zimmer-Wong is a Senior Research Manager, Immigration. Prior to joining More in Common she worked as a Senior Immigration Policy Analyst at the Niskanen Center, and spent time on the immigration policy teams at the Center for Global Development and Labor Mobility Partnerships. Earlier in her career, she was an American Voices Fellow at Stanford University.
